Greenburgh Housing Authority (the Owner) invites sealed bids on the forms attached here to for: Modernization Program (Plumbing and Heating Upgrades) as shown on the drawings and as set forth in the Specifications. The work includes replacement of building drains and hot water system upgrade. The building addresses are listed below:

Bids will be received at offices of Mr. Raju Abraham, Executive Director, Greenburgh Housing Authority, 9 Maple Street, White Plains, N.Y. 10603, executed and sealed in an envelope marked “Modernization Program (Plumbing and Heating Upgrades), Sealed Bid, Do Not Open”, on November 4, 2015, until 11:00 A.M. at which time and place proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. This submission shall include three (3) copies with the original. Instruction to Bidders and a Form of Proposal are contained herein.
Any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions stated herein or with the provisions of the Contract Document will be considered as informal and rejected.
A set of plans and specifications shall be obtained at 9 Maple Street, White Plains, New York 10603, after October 12, 2015 between 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $25.00. Payments shall be made by check only, to Greenburgh Housing Authority.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the management office, 9 Maple Street, White Plains, New York 10603 on Monday, October 26, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. No bid will be accepted from any bidder who does not have a representative attend the Pre-Bid Conference.

The Housing Authority has the right to reject any and all bids with the approval of the NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
