  • Acknowledge all letters within 3 working days
  • Reply to all letters in detail within 10 working days
  • Answer the telephone by the third ring
  • Return all telephone calls within 24 hours
  • Provide you with complete detailed information
  • Assist you in all your housing and related needs

If for any reason you are not, please contact our Executive Director at (914) 946-2110, ext 13. In the event that we fail to meet any of the above and you have substantial evedence to the effect, you will be compensated accordingly.
